0:40.6	Yesterday, Attorney General Pam Bondi instructed the U.S. Attorney's Office in New York
0:45.9	to seek the death penalty against Mangioni, who has not actually been indicted yet on federal
0:52.5	charges. He has pleaded not guilty to state charges.
0:56.7	Joining us now to talk through what that means and how it all came about is Samantha Max,
1:02.4	a reporter covering criminal justice for WNYC and Gothamist. Samantha also happens to be my
