That's my guest on the show today, Bill Browder. He might have heard his name a bunch this week.

He's been in the news quite a bit. Bill is a British hedge fund manager and vocal critic of Vladimir Putin.

Some might say his number one critic. At one point, when he was the largest foreign private investor in Russia,

Browder and his lawyer, Sergey Magnitsky. Remember that name. Discovered Russian government corruption

and fraud to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.

The story that follows is one of the most harrowing that I've ever heard. It's a story of corruption,

but also unbelievable courage. You're going to want to hear the whole thing.

We're going to let the story run a little long in this episode because they think every word counts.

By the way, the other reason you might have heard the name Magnitsky is because it came up in that infamous meeting at Trump Tower

between Donald Trump Jr., Paul Manafort, and a Russian lawyer by the name of Natalia Besnell-Nitskaya.
