In December 1998, professional wrestler Owen Hart, known in the ring as the Blue Blazer,

revealed his future plans in an interview with Slam Wrestling.

He said, quote, when my contract is up, I'm out of wrestling.

I've made plans.

I really want to devote a lot of time to my family.

I've paid my dues for 12 years now.

Only six months later, Owen Hart would fall to his death live on paper view

for a wrestling stunt gone wrong that still disturbs friends, family, and fans to this day.
