| 0:51.1 | of the day was real estate, which was up 1.12%. |
| 0:54.6 | The bottom performing sector was materials, which was down.52%. |
| 0:59.7 | Oil at $75.27 a barrel, and it was down.63%. |

| 1:08.0 | Again, like I said, it was a 52 week high for the markets. |
| 1:12.1 | That's eight consecutive days for the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Again, first time since September of 2019. |
