Hope everyone's safe out there. We are currently on our holiday break, which if you recall I was very much against in the years prior to us doing it.

But alas, after we did it last year, kind of nice. Take a few weeks off, recharge

the batteries, give Ian Time off from all of the hard work he puts in on the outlines.

That's a nice little reset, so kind of grew to like these little breaks. But it did give us time to catch up on our inquiries
