bull now it's it's wild to me I just want to be amped up I want to have some energy for this

podcast I care about it deeply and you know quite frankly we just we just walked a hell of a

golf course and filmed and we're in the sun and energy levels are a little

low i'm gonna be guys you guys got some color man oh my god you guys you guys got tomatoed you got

oh man you get fucking lobster dude you get but you know what it happens is it's for an italian guy

you get fucking red but yeah but then it

turns into a golden golden pen after a while i will burn i'll burn to a crisp but then golden sear

not to be confused with the golden steer oh we've had some good times there don't yeah no so just

to answer bob's thing it's like i just i want to just, I want to be hyped. I want to be ready.

Like we've, we've been on a string of some good episodes. I feel like we've been bringing the action. And I just don't want to have a lackluster episode. And if it takes a little bit of, you know, kicking the ass with a little energy drink that fuck that. Fuck, yeah. I'm going to put back a Red Bull. for me i i they I, I, I don't really hit me that heart. Like, I don't feel like, like, you know, like I'm wired, like I'm up in the middle of night. Like, I could drink one before bed. But I also drink espresso. Spresso. Spreso I can do. Espresso I can do and go to bed, not a problem. I got news for you.
