Welcome to our daily Rosary meditation.

Today we are setting out on our journey of Advent.

We will immerse ourselves in different aspects of the life of Jesus

And this will prepare us for our consecration to Mary on January 1st the feast of Mary the the Mother of God. So let's begin in the name of the

Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Let's call to mind all those we

promised to pray for. If a non-believer were to begin his research into the Christian

story with the Gospel of Luke, he might understandably complain that it takes Luke a while to get to Jesus.

Luke doesn't in fact begin with the narrative of Christ's infancy.
