0:08.8	I am busily working through all of my emotions and seeking paths forward ways that we can cope,
0:18.2	ways that we can deal with this utter fucking disaster, rays of sunshine
0:23.8	in and amongst the emerging gloom of fascist authoritarianism brought about by way too
0:31.0	many voters with, and we're going to talk about this, I'm sure, with some hinky results in there as well.

0:44.4	that I think is pertinent to mention now is I remember distinctly the 2004 election
0:52.0	and how devastated I was to be faced with another four years of George W. Bush.
0:59.1	In fact, I reacted much more harshly to that election than I am right now. I don't know what
1:04.7	the fuck's wrong with me, but that's absolutely what happened. What occurred after that, though,
1:10.4	in George W. Bush's second term was an utter
1:14.5	fucking disaster for him. One of the things I'm looking at is examples from history. And that example,
1:25.3	and many examples of second term presidencies, which Donald Trump is entering what would
1:32.3	ostensibly be his second term in a very Grover Cleveland kind of way, is the possibility that
1:39.2	his second term will be a disaster for him, that something will go, hey, wire, events will stack up against him.
1:45.6	He won't be able to deal with them. Yes, he's going to try all the worst things that we've talked
1:49.9	about here on this show. That is absolutely something that we can expect. And we will take them as they
1:55.7	come. But there is also the possibility that in a second term, Donald Trump will be neutered.
2:03.8	And that certainly happened with George W. Bush.
2:06.2	Right out of the shoot, his vice president shot a guy in the face.
2:11.1	And then there was Hurricane Katrina.
2:14.0	And then there was his failed attempt at a surge.
