With the day after brings an expert panel, myself not included,

of Buck Sanders and Jason Staples, Carolina beats Duke, like a drum.

And I predestined outcome made for a little bit of a boring game buck in my eyes, but there were some positives.

How did you see the game shaping up yesterday?

Well, I think we've gotten a little spoiled over the last few years with the Duke games. You know, you had the dramatic serrat interception to kill their win streak

there at the very end of the game and other fireworks in previous games in previous years.

So this one was kind of took a normal course.

I did think that how much you could take away from this going forward as

anybody's guess, but I do think that the defense played

more like I expected them to play at the beginning of the year.

We're seeing, I think, some of the fruits of increased talent on that side of the

ball and getting better results as a result of it.

So I think the defense, because Duke up to this point, they were averaging like 550 points

a game.
