| 1:28.3 | Take a big deep. Go ahead and close your eyes. |
| 1:33.3 | Take a big deep breath. |
| 1:40.3 | Become aware of your body expanding as you inhale |
| 1:47.0 | and hold that breath at the top for just a moment. And then exhale, releasing all that air, and feeling your body descend into your bed. |
| 2:07.6 | Breathe in deep one more time. |
| 2:12.6 | Gathering up anything that's here left over from the day. |
| 2:15.6 | Any tasks, any emotions, anything that feels unsettled. |
| 2:24.3 | And then on your exhale, let it all go. |
| 2:58.6 | Feel yourself melting a little more as you ease into a nice smooth rhythm of breathing. Stay here with your breath. |
