but I think like in the general public,

I think fast casual and fast food is like that does the same thing.

Fast food, fast casual casual incredible Dave Saichikin thank you thank you thank you how would you stand out from the competition from back then because you guys had nothing

the lucky thing for us is when we actually so my friend Dave who he

named it after I've known him like 18 years and this guy's been like into food his

whole life like he'd pull up to my house like cookbooks so I know he had a passion for that.

I was always kind of like in the marketing space and things like that and we love chicken both of us.

So when chicken kind of started trending in LA for us it was like I'm like chicken passionate about marketing we both love chicken what if we kind of strike when the iron's

hot we get together we come up with some sort of recipe and then just kind of see what we can do with it.

And like it took a little wildly convince him because you know the restaurant he was working at he was moving up so he's like no I don't think I want to do that he's like I don't want to leave something guaranteed for something like that so it took a little convincing but after a while like we just kind of started you know mashing up a

recipe at his house me him and our other founder Tommy actually been friends with

since kindergarten wow yeah so so so the founders group we've literally known each other me and Tommy 20 plus years me and Dave like

17 plus years I think that's the coolest thing when you have that friend group because that's like you always want to work with your friends.

Yeah you do and you guys figured out your own business and you're the heads of it.

Yeah, yeah, it's really fun man. I mean, I think that's that's honestly one of the

reasons we were able to kind of get so successful

especially in the pop-up stage right because we didn't have I don't know if it was we don't have

much going for us right so we worked on the recipe for like five months kind of
