So, Labour are facing an existential crisis. That's not a hyperbole and that's not, you know,

me just being a critic because the people at the top of the Labour Party think it's facing

an existential crisis. One Labour MP said Labour was on its deathbed. Quite the jump from winning

a landslide victory two years ago, albeit on 33.7% of the vote on the lowest turnout in the history of British

democracy when you take into account all potential voters. What the hell has happened? Well,

you see, a lot of the coverage right now is very personality driven, up, who's up, who's down,

all the rest of it. We're going to take a break from that. And we're going to actually look at

what the evidence actually shows about why Labor actually in the mess they're in.

And we've got an impartial poster to do that.

So we've got this interesting chart here. So this is what happened for people who voted, how they voted in the general lecture of 2024, and then how they voted in the local lecture,

2026, two years later on.

And it's quite striking because it shows, for example,

that with the conservatives,

38% of people who voted for the conservatives

in 2024 stayed with the conservatives.

So it's not great retention.

And then another 7%, for example, went to the Lib Dems, 28% went to reform, 20% didn't vote. A tiny slither voted for
