0:31.4	at an exponential rate. And I talk about the characteristics of energy. And what I think of you as a leader,
0:36.9	I think of an energetic leader. Like you are very much in control of your energy. And what I think of you as a leader, I think of an energetic leader.

0:41.4	And energy has three different qualities or criteria to it.
