Yeah, so I think a lot of people are in this situation now,

but because of a few different reasons.

One, let's remove for a moment the fact

that Holmes have gotten really really really expensive and that interest

rates have gotten high before that even took place owning a home is not an

inexpensive endeavor a lot of people just think, if I can figure out what the

mortgage payment is, if I can figure out the principal plus the interest, well then I

can just check the box. But it turns out that when it comes time for

home ownership, it's not the same as when you rent it.

It's not the same as when the air conditioning goes out.

I just call a landlord or I call a super or I have some sort of issue or I don't have to pay homeowners association dues.
