Fix what you aren’t satisfied with, and impact and influence the things in your life that you don’t like.

0:04.0	Kind of like the way that sounds, right? I am your host, Danny Morel.
0:08.0	I thought we would start off and kick off the new name of the show with a very special episode.
0:14.0	As many of you guys know, I'm the founder and owner of an incredible company here in Southern California in Terrell Real Estate Services.
0:23.2	And I gotta tell you, the amount of coaching, the amount of training, the amount of guidance,
0:28.3	the amount of accountability that we provide for our agents, for our staff, for everybody
0:33.6	involved, I think it's tough to really put your finger on the impact that it has on people.
0:40.3	Well, one of the things that we do, one of the many things that we do for the people associated with our company
0:46.3	is something called the Sunday evening message, where every Sunday, everybody gets together in one of our private groups groups and I come to them with a live message intended to get the mind focused on what has to happen throughout the week in order for everybody to achieve their their best potential.
1:08.2	And this last Sunday we had a pretty cool message that ended up having an incredible impact on people.
1:15.6	Now listen, here's what I'm going to do. I never share these because this is our private stuff and it's really meant only for the people in our company.
1:24.6	But you know, I wanted to ask their permission to share it with the world and everybody said yes
