This week we're diving into the controversial subway chokehold case here in New York City,

in which former Marine Daniel Penny was accused of killing Jordan Neely, a homeless man,

by putting him in a chokehold.

On Monday, the jury found Penny not guilty of negligent homicide after the

dismissal of a more serious charge of manslaughter. The jury could not come to a unanimous

verdict on that. Joining me today is Ricky Cleman. She is a former prosecutor and a criminal

defense attorney, and she's also a legal analyst for CBS News.
