Christ's redeeming love can heal our wounds and bring true joy to our life. Now, here's

Joyce with today's teaching. We're talking about the healing of the soul.

You are a spirit, you have a soul, you live in a body.

We can all see your body, but we can't see what's going on on the inside of you.

And you know, we all get fairly good at pretending, and lots of times we act like everything's just

fine when really nothing is fine. And sometimes we even get pretty good at pretending to ourselves,

and we've got a pretty good size mess going on in our life, but we've gotten so good at ignoring it

that we've just kind of learned to live with it. I wonder how many people live a much lower

level of life as far as joy and peace and what's available to them, but they've just been in that

condition so long they don't even know there's anything wrong with it. You know, you can be

dysfunctional so long

that you learn how to function within your dysfunction

and you don't even realize that there's a better life available to you.

But I want you to know that Jesus said the thief comes only,

only to kill, steal, and destroy.

But Jesus said, I came that you might have and enjoy your life

and have it in abundance to the full until it overflows.
