England in which the Vikings or Danes ruled.

Joining me to discuss this is Dr. Jane Kershaw of the University of Oxford, whose research

interests cover a great number of subjects pertaining

to the Viking Age, including early medieval and Viking Age archaeology, the Scandinavian

settlements in Britain, Viking Silver, and more. Dr. Kershaw, thank you so much for joining me today.
