Hi, everyone, it's now 4 o'clock in New York.

We have major developments both here in the U.S. and abroad.

In just a few hours, President Joe Biden will deliver an address to the nation from the

Oval Office about the Hamas terror attacks in Israel that killed more than 1,400 people.

As well as the ongoing war in Ukraine, it is his second address from the Oval Office

since becoming President, and it is part of his push for a $100 billion aid package.

We'll have much more on that later in the broadcast, but we begin with the damn breaking

in perhaps the most comprehensive criminal prosecution of the ex-President's alleged criminal

enterprise that plot to overturn the 2020 election.

This morning in a courthouse in Atlanta, Georgia, Trump Attorney, Headler of the Big Lie,

and importantly, Trump co-defendant Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor counts

in that sprawling Rico case, brought by Fulton County District Attorney, Funny Willis.
