I'm your host, Greg Sergeant. If Kamala Harris is going to defeat Donald Trump, she will need to do far better among

young voters than President Biden did, which was abysmal.

Well guess what? This week an important new poll of young voters was released and it found that

Harris's entry into the race has dramatically

shifted their preferences in her favor and against Trump. This gets at a larger

story. One of Trump's key weaknesses all along has been that his lead over Biden has been constituted

largely among dem leading voters whose support for Trump appeared very soft and prone to reversing.

This reversal is exactly what seems to be happening right now.

Today we're really glad to be talking about this with John Dela Volpe, who conducted that poll of the youth vote and knows as much as anyone alive about young voters.
