The Colorado Supreme Court had a moment where they wanted some attention for themselves

and they got it. Now the basis of the ruling, in case you're wondering, is the

14th Amendment. This is all reconstruction era. We've just had a civil war and after

the Civil War we're looking at how to put the country back together.

But just this week, awed the timing or not, they determined they're taking down the reconciliation monument out of Arlington Cemetery.

Ulysses S Grant had a lot to say about the reconciliation monument because having led the Union forces at the end of the

war and by all accounts ablyly, he may have been a drunk before and after.

May not have been good for much before or after, but he met his moment had to put this country

he believed that you had to put this country back together you had to have

reconciliation you could not have the Northern or overlords suppressing those people who fought

for their own state.

The Reconciliation Monument was meant to be a sign that we had united together each from our various states with some sort of a

fabric holding us together. How very telling that they're tearing that down to the Jefferson Monument out of Albany, New York.

Jefferson, the man who wrote the Declaration of Independence.

So the Colorado Supreme Court declared Trump ineligible to be on the state's primary, a presidential primary

ballot. So mind you, this isn't even November. This is simply saying that Trump can't go against Desantis, Nicki

Haley, and Fat Boy and Vivac. On what basis? Well, you will hear it said the 14th Amendment.
