Oh my God that that sound you just made.

I made like a hundred times in my shower,

so I went to a couple of events for the fourth.

And in between, I had to take an ice cold shower.

I couldn't even make it to the pool for like a cold plunge.

And thank God, because I went to the pool today

and it was warm.

And like I thought the pool was supposed to be cold, but it was warm. So I was in the shower literally ice cold going

Ahhahhahhah And I'm like people are gonna think I'm shooting a porno in here.

I wasn't even trying to do it.

It was just coming out involuntarily.

The other day I went to a barbecue and I literally had to jump in in my clothes because I hit that

point of like being overheated the sun was beating down on me and I was like I'm

going in like I have to go into my clothes and it saved me because I was

overheated. Yeah I think I had the heat stroke thing. Yeah well that's what

happened I almost want my clothes except for I was wearing white and that one

that was in a good

look so I go to the second thing and I'm like okay so I know there's a pool at the

person's house but I'm like you know we're gonna be later, no, we're just gonna be in the shade,
