This is coming out, I guess, on or around Memorial Day.

So anything you'd like to say about Memorial Day, Pastor Jobi?

We should always take an opportunity to thank those that have given the ultimate sacrifice of laying down their lives for our freedom.

Jesus says no one has greater love than this that he would lay down in his life for his friends.

I think John Wayne, isn't it John Wayne that said?

Nobody loves you like Jesus or the American soldier because they're the ones that are willing to lay down their life.

Sounds like John Wayne.

If you can say it a John Wayne voice, I'd appreciate.

All right, we are in Galatians 3, and we heard from Pastor Josh Turner this weekend,

or Crazy Uncle Josh, as I had to call him.

And we are in a passage of Galatians talking a lot about the law, works of the law. And let's start with this.

One of the verses says, all who rely on works of the law are under a curse, for it is written

cursed is everyone who does not abide by all things written in the book of the law and do them.

So what is a curse and why is it a cursed thing to rely on the law?
