Oh, ego, arrogance, and self-importance.

Mm. Yeah, that's really, really interesting.

I mean, there's so many different directions we can take that conversation,

but I think the interesting place for me that occurs to me to start is

Ramadan, with all the Ibadah, fasting, the sa, the sada, the sujoud, all of that,

it's supposed to develop a sense of humility within us.

But the tragedy would be if all of that results in developing more ego and arrogance, almost like I'm better than him because he wasn't here last night,

and I'm better than him because I donated more money than him, and I read more Quran than that guy, like self-righteousness.

That's just right away my mind goes there to how scary that would be that the goal and the objective is to like increase in our humility

but how tragic it would be if it actually resulted in the opposite sometimes we focus on the ibada to build the account

like when to put put good deeds in there a hand a lot we get to read quran do zikar iatikaf masjid so there good deeds in there I'm that we get to read Quran do

Dukar a tukhaa so there good deeds start building up but ego is one of those
