In May of 2003, 16-year-old Martha Puebla was shot to death on the doorstep for home in

Sun Valley, California.

There was one soul eyewitness who fled, bearing for their life, but left their cell phone.

The cell phone got traced back to the owner, and when the owner described who they thought

the assailant was, the description matched Juan Catalan.

First days prior, Puebla testified in court about two murders allegedly committed by her

ex-boyfriend Jose Ledesma and Catalan's brother, Mario.

Catalan was doing this as retribution because she was testifying against his brother.
