Holy Spirit, we just thank you for what you're doing and in each of our lives and each of our hearts and we thank you for the seasons that we're in and we pray God that we wouldn't miss one

single message that you have for us. We thank you for babies who cry and we thank you that none of our children cried when they were little.

And Jesus never cried when he was little. Sorry, I'm just joking with you ma'am sorry. Yes good. So let's finish the prayer. Holy Spirit, so come back.

Now Jesus has a thing about babies. You don't want to make fun of babies. Something about something hanging around your neck and drowning.

I want to talk about encouragement and courage. Would you turn to Isaiah chapter 35? Actually last night I got woke up and I've been actually waking up in the middle of the night for a long time for like it's been like 20 years.

But this week's been a lot. So I think it's mostly jet lag. I don't know if it's Jesus even though he was on the jet.

But I actually had a dream last night about what I was supposed to preach and I'm actually shared a very similar message several times not necessarily out of this first.

But I want to talk about encouragement and how important encouragement is and what it looks like and what it doesn't look like. And so just Isaiah 35, 3, this one is encourage the exhausted and strengthen the feeble.

Say to those who are anxious and heart, take courage. If you're not, behold your God will come with vengeance and recompense of God will come and he will save you.

Then the eyes of the blind, everybody say then. Then the eyes of the blind will be open and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped.

I want to finish reading a few more verses but I want you to see the transition. He says encourage the exhausted, strengthen the feeble and say those who are anxious and heart, take courage and don't be afraid.

For your God is going to come with vengeance and recompense will come and he will save you. After that says then the eyes of the blind will be open.

And the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. Then the lame will leap like a deer and the tongue of the mute will shout for joy for waters will break forth in the wilderness and streams from above.

And the scorched land will become a pool and thirsty ground. I'm sorry the scorched land will become a pool.

And the thirsty ground springs of water and haunted jackals and resting places grass will become, will become reads and rushes.

A high will will be there a roadway. It will be called the highway of holiness. The young clean will not travel on it and it will be for him who walks that way and fools will not wander on it.

The lion will be there nor will be any vicious beast on it. These will not be found there but the redeemed of the Lord will be there.

And the rants and the Lord will return and come with joyful shouting, design and everlasting joy will be upon their heads.

And they will find gladness and joy and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Lots is just a good word right there. I don't know if you really have to preach that.
