We're excited to have you on real quick because I think it will lay a decent bit of context for the conversation we're going to have Spencer. Can you tell us about what BPR is and for folks who want to check out more BPR. Institute is the place to go. But give us a little bit of context. What is it? Where did it come from? What are you guys trying to do there?

We partner with everyone that comes in, and therefore everybody does a combination of one-on-one coaching,
