Summary

On this episode, we dig into the unraveling of the Ellen Greenberg case and the disturbing questions that remain unanswered. With the medical examiner now reversing the long-held suicide ruling, the fight for justice is gaining traction. But why did it take over a decade for authorities to acknowledge the inconsistencies? Why was evidence mishandled? And who benefits from keeping the truth buried? We examine the timeline, the baffling decisions made by investigators, and the legal battles that could finally force accountability. The cover-up—if there is one—is running out of places to hide.

For 13 years, the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office stood firm on a ruling that defied

common sense, basic forensic science, and, frankly, human decency.

Ellen Greenberg, a bright young school teacher, was found stabbed 20 times in her locked apartment,

with multiple wounds to the back of her neck. And yet somehow, we were all expected to believe this

Dr. Marlon Osborne, the very medical examiner who signed off on Ellen's suicide

ruling, has now reversed course. He has finally admitted what the Greenberg family and every

sane person looking at this case have known from day one. Ellen Greenberg's death should not

1:07.0

have been classified as a suicide. In a sworn statement, he now claims that the manner of

1:12.2

death should be something other than suicide. That's a deliberately vague way of saying,

1:17.8

yeah, we got it wrong, and now we're in deep. This isn't just a minor revision. This is an

earthquake. When the very institution responsible for ruling out foul play

1:28.3

suddenly backtracks after years of legal battles, it means only one thing. The truth is no

longer containable. The city of Philadelphia is now in a position where they must answer for

1:41.1

this gross miscarriage of justice, and the entire medical examiner's office and police department

1:46.7

have a lot of explaining to do.

1:49.7

Let's be clear.

This was never a real investigation.
