We talk a lot about pronatalism. add another limb to the family tree.

We talk a lot about pronatalism, about policies, public policies, tax policy, other financial policies that would help increase fertility because it's not just an economic problem.

It's really a whole society problem that our fertility rates are down and show no sign of turning around.

But maybe we need to talk about what pro-birth policies can't do before we talk about what they can do.
