0:21.8	Well, Landon mentioned it during the giving, but we spent this last week at Passion Camp
0:26.7	down in Daytona, Florida, with about 6,000 young people and their leaders, preaching to them
0:32.6	about the goodness of God available through the grace of Jesus Christ.
0:36.3	It was an amazing week, and it was pretty powerful.
0:39.5	And it took a lot of effort to organize and put on and host thousands of middle school and
0:46.8	high school kids to hear about Jesus. It took a lot of effort for Landon, for the team up here.
0:53.0	And like Landon mentioned, and it's mind-blowing,
0:55.2	I don't know if you fully appreciate it,
0:57.3	people who work in this city, who have jobs with goals,
1:04.0	took their vacation time and used it to sit on a bus for 12 hours
1:09.8	with middle school children as they drove down to Florida and then spent
1:16.1	that week helping those children move to and fro to hear about the grace of Jesus available
1:21.8	in their lives. And so the question I'm going to ask at the beginning is, yeah, it's worth
1:25.5	celebrating.
1:33.7	But let's be honest, some of you didn't clap because you're like, yeah, I don't know why they would do that.
1:35.8	Why would they do that?
1:38.3	We as a church spent hundreds of work hours and thousands of dollars to support local ministries this summer through
1:46.5	Love, D.C., to help alleviate human suffering, educate kids, help different ministry programs that
1:52.8	help children thrive in the city. We spent a lot of money as a church and time to help other people.
