Well, there's been periodic moments over the last couple years

where we've taken road trips with our staff to retreats and things like that.

And one of my favorite games to play with them is we kind of pass around the chord

to the radio in the car and say, hey, play a song.

But what we encourage the staff to do is, hey, play us a

song that you actually listen to that you would think would surprise us that you're into.

And it's fun to do because I don't say like, oh, I downloaded this once because of a party.

Like, no, a song you actually chose and listened to, but you think would surprise

us that you listen to.

And we like that because it works on a couple levels.

They play that song and we go, okay, why did that song, why was it meaningful to you?

Why does it stick out to you?

When do you do it?

Does it get you pumped up when you work out?

Is it something you kind of ponder to as you drive home from work?

What motivates you? And why do you think it would surprise us? It tells us something about you,

and it tells you about something about how you think about us. And so it's just kind of a fun

relationship game because when I hear the music you listen to, it lets me in on your perspective

and your priorities. Because music shapes our perspective and it shapes
