Hello everyone and welcome back to Scary Interesting and to another edition of some of the creepest missing persons cases.

In this video we're getting over three cases of people disappearing that are very, very strange.

These have some of the most unique and weird endings compared to many on this series.

You'll see what I mean and as always, viewer discretion is advised.

On April 1, 1979, Andreas, who was an 18-year-old bricklayer's apprentice, was a passenger

in a vehicle involved in a minor accident

in a small town on Lake Constance in Austria.

Andreas exited the vehicle unharmed, but while the circumstances of the crash have never

been reported, at some point the police arrived.

During their investigation into what happened, the three inspectors had a conversation with

Andreas and whatever was determined that discussion somehow resulted in him being placed in handcuffs. It's not really clear why this happened

because Andreas wasn't even the one driving, yet he was still being held responsible for something

related to the accident. But in any case, the three inspectors at the scene wrapped up their

investigation and Andreas was transported to the police station. When he arrived, he was apparently booked him to jail, but what happened next is a mystery

and would become a major point of contention.

All that's known is that somehow and by someone, Andres was led to the basement of the

government building and placed in a small, cramped detention cell at some point on April 1st.

On April 19th, so almost three full weeks later, a police officer

made his way down to the basement for unrelated business. And while it's not known exactly why he

went down there, the officer didn't even get to what he was originally down there for before he

was hit with an ungodly stench. It wasn't the unmistakable smell of death, but it certainly wasn't

pleasant, and it was strong enough for him to go looking for whatever it was causing it.
