Summary

Jeff Belanger and Ray Auger investigate the former Kent County Jail in East Greenwich, Rhode Island—a grim stone lockup built in 1795 where drunks, debtors, and murderers once waited behind iron bars, and where some say the echoes of the inmates are still locked inside.

Oh, it's a chilly day here in East Greenwich, Jeff.

Yeah, it is, and we're just a stone's throw from the waters of Greenwich Bay in Rhode Island.
