How are you feeling after a long week for you at the PLL champ series, Bar Down?

Duggs, I'm actually feeling phenomenal today.

Got some beauty sleep over the weekend.

That Monday was clutch to be able to sleep in Monday.

But I had a hell of a time.

Wouldn't be possible without you.

So thanks for letting me tag along down there.

Went from the Bar Down lounge straight to Cabr. And saw the boys get a dub there. So my weekend was 10 out of 10. The cannons were good. So we'll get into all that. But I'm feeling good. How about you dudes? You were hurting a little bit last week. You want to elaborate a little bit? Yes. So for anybody I was wondering what happened

last week, if we died, if we were too hungover, if we were too lazy, you're usually right with

some of those things. But I will say that first, I'd like to apologize to anybody that I got

sick because I got the flu. Night one at the PLL champ series. Tried to battle through it.

Went Friday night.

Tried to create the content.

Took enough meds that I tricked myself into thinking that I wasn't sick.

Later that night, the flu came back out of me.

And I left on Saturday.

It felt like ass basically all week.
