The crackdown has begun. The latest news report is that over 160 individuals have been charged

with anti-ice obstruction impeding law enforcement officers. These people are facing a range of charges,

some felonies. Now, we've already seen those get arrested for the church storm in Minnesota. Don

Lemon himself has been charged. And I just want to stress this because Harvey Dillon did an

interview where she talked about why Don Lemon isn't a journalist. Now, she didn't say he wasn't

a journalist, but she was saying the question of whether he's a journalist doesn't matter.

It's what he did. And I'm going to add a little cherry on top.

You do not have the right as a journalist to instruct individuals, advise them on how to avoid

incriminating themselves or getting caught for their crimes.

That makes you an accomplice.

But this is the moment that we've been waiting for, seeing videos like this, where the

police begin a major crackdown.

Again, I believe the hard number might be around 158 as of last reporting, but we do

believe there are more individuals that are being charged and facing the FACE Act,

that is they're obstructing the rights of others to practice their religion or to express their

First Amendment rights.

The FASC is specifically about abortion clinics and places of worship.

But this is what we wanted.

Now I'm going to say my advice, or I should say what I was hoping for, the Trump

administration, was stand down or suit up. There is no half measure. When these agents go out and they
