today. You know, Sunday mornings used to be a bit rough for me.

A day of recovery and not much else.

Laying in bed ordering Uber eats, watching Netflix,

all that stuff.

And if that's you this morning, that's totally fine.

There's a chapter for everything, trust me.

But hopefully, I can pull you away

from your Sunday scaries for a little while. Over time for me, Sundays have transformed into something

a little more special. They're peaceful, re-energizing, nice, calming, a way to prepare for the week or a day to just be as lazy as

humanly possible with my girlfriend or even by myself resting my brain and getting it ready for the next week, like that's okay.

At least that's the goal, right?

But man, is the world noisy right now?

I mean, you can try your absolute hardest to stay away from all the

negativity but it's tough sometimes so it's okay to be aware of everything going

on trust me you want to know So it's okay to be aware of everything going on.

Trust me, you want to know.

Just don't let it consume you.

My goal is to be a positive addition to your ecosystem

by talking for a half hour about good news and happy thoughts.
