Yeah, cut it. Okay. Heroic military service. I have never at any point in our relationship.

Put off the impression that I that I served any you know, I had the most basic military service ever for an infantryman.

Yes, yeah, I went to war and and I did what I had to do and salsa bad things and but pretty standard infantryman machine gunner service.

So can I tell you how I view that nothing that distinguishes it from anybody else that just did well in the military and did what they were told and got promoted and then got out nothing really.

I'm not like a John Basselone or a you know, an American snapper Chris Kyle.

Not like any of those guys just a dude that did okay and did what he had to do and then came home.

Yeah, the most bland vanilla infantryman military service ever.

Okay, so here's how I look at that. Do you remember swatch watches?

Those are the ones where you like they were straight and then you would snap them on your wrist and they would wrap around your wrist.

No, swatch watches was swatch. It was actually the brand swatch and they had a whole series of watches where like the watch face was gone and just under the clear plastic were all of the gears.

And you could see the mechanations of your watch all the time.

The way I look at it and the reason why I feel that any military service like that is heroic is if I take one tiny gear out of the myriad gears in my swatch watch.

It doesn't tell time anymore.
