You know, I've discovered something very profound.

Life is hard.

It's often disappointing.

And the fact is, life doesn't always cooperate with my plans.

Have you noticed that?

In fact, my plans rarely turn out the way I planned them to.

Things fall apart, things go wrong, people disappoint.

Plans don't happen.

Even the things we pray for a lot of things we pray for things we want them to happen a certain way and it doesn't end up happening

that way and our prayers aren't answered the way we wanted you know a lot of

people after a major loss or a major failure, they just pull into a shell.

They kind of isolate themselves and they just basically say, okay, my life's over.

And they basically stop living and just start existing.

They're kind of putting in the time and waiting for it to all end.

They're not really living anymore.
