With a woman a look at culture from a Christian worldview, I'm John Stone Street with the point.

In a recent interview with atheist Richard Dawkins, a Somali-born activist writer and former politician

Ian Hersy Ali, admitted she's changed her mind about faith. Having spent her first 20 years

in war-torn Somalia, Ali has spent her life criticizing Islam and advocating for the rights of Muslim

women. She then became an atheist, but now has become open to faith.

And when asked by Dawkins whether she thought what pastors preached about Jesus

being the son of God was nonsense, here's what she said, quote, I think you're coming at this from a place that there is nothing,

and what has happened to me is I think I've accepted there is something.

When you accept that there's something, there's a powerful entity for me, the God that turned me around, I think what the

vicar is saying no longer sounds nonsensical. It makes a great deal of sense.

Well hopefully Ali's courage to change her mind will point others to do the same.
