We all have unspoken angst.

I get it.

Unless you're a psychopath, this only makes you a normal human being.

No problem.

But having the courage to be confrontational is essential for you and the one you have

unspoken difficulty with.

A few years ago, I had some difficulty with a colleague.

This went on for months.

I was convinced he was perpetually sabotaging my efforts, speaking ill of me, behind my back

to my staff, and engaging in all sorts of covert activities.

I even lost some sleep over it on more than one occasion.

And I started waking up thinking about him in the situation.

I finally grew some putspaw and took him to lunch.

I told him how I felt and what I thought was going on.

He was flabbergasted as none of what I accused him of doing he had been a part of it all.
