So, to make a big change, it often requires that you have to make smaller changes to make

Without identifying what these are, it will be the little things that will sabotage you

For instance, let's say your goal or resolution is to be home by 6.30pm every night so that

you can have dinner with the family.

Well, there are probably a lot of little reasons why you have not been able to do that in

Unless it was just something you said you wanted to do because it sounded nice, like something
