In this solo episode, Trevor Cowley breaks down the real cost of coasting—in business, fitness, leadership, and life. He challenges the idea that motivation is something you wait for and exposes how comfort quietly kills momentum, confidence, and long-term potential. This episode is a direct call-out to business owners who know they’re capable of more but have started operating on autopilot.Trevor explains why consistency beats intensity, how coasting leads to stagnation and self-doubt, and what it actually takes to build a standard that doesn’t bend when emotions dip. If you’re heading into the next year determined to close the gap between who you are and who you know you can be, this episode will hit home.
