I'm Amy Sandler, and today it's just going to be me and Jason talking your favorite topic,

which is feedback. Kim is away. And so we're going to take this time to go in more detail into a topic that we introduced in the second edition of the book Radical Kander.

And one of the things that we did that we want to chat with you all about today was Core, C-O-R-E, which is the model that we've been using for giving feedback.

But I think, Jason, in many ways, it's not just a model of how to give feedback.

It's really how to get more clear on what we're trying to communicate to someone.
