Good morning and welcome back to another episode of the Southern Tea.

This week I have Tori back with me and we are going to be chatting

about a lot of different things so we don't have a ton of time for small talk.

Last week I got called out on Friday for ghosting social media.

And also this morning, whenever I checked my messages,

I was called out all weekend long for ghosting social media, but I had my closing for my house on Friday and there was a lot of stuff going on last week.

We are recording this on a Monday Monday so it is definitely a Monday for us and it will be

hump day for you guys whenever you hear this. Just wanted to give you guys updates on my closing.

Everything went smooth sailing.

I had my final walk through and walked in the kitchen

and realized that my refrigerator had not been delivered.

So my agent was like, well, I guess she's not going to be staying over here anytime soon because she has no way to eat.
