Well, you know, I've had a lot of fun going through the Constitution, you know, and we approached Article

1, Section 8 the way I think a lot of, I don't know, political scientists at least when

we're stepping into your field, approach it, which is we look at the necessary and proper

clause first. And then what we've been kind of doing now this week is we're at the necessary and proper clause first.

maybe getting a little bit to the powers denied Congress and finish up as much in Congress as we can.

So I was just going to start reading through this a little bit, Ken, you know, one of the big items that comes up first at the beginning of Article 1, Section 8 is this,

The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes, duties, in posts, and excises to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and the general welfare of the United States.
