1:21.3	different is we're going to be finally finishing up our journey through the first article of
1:27.3	the Constitution where we have dealt with,
1:30.3	well, primarily Congress and the legislative branch, which is what Article 1 deals with.
1:37.3	But today we come to the very final section in Article 1.
1:40.3	And the last section is, in fact, Section 10, which is all about the powers that are denied
