today we move into Proverbs chapter 10 verse number 17 and this proverb reads

this way whoever heads instruction is on the path to life but he who rejects

reproof leads others astray. So I wondered do you hear in this proverb this

concept of a path he is likening the life that we live to walking down a path

and he says those who heed instruction are on the path that's leading them to

life. So he's basically saying they are going to be blessed something good is

going to come for them because we all would say life is a good thing it's a

good thing to have a beating heart it's a good thing to have lungs that operate

well it's a good thing to have a brain that functions properly life is one of

the most precious things we've been given and the one who heads instruction is

on the path to life that doesn't mean your heart will keep beating if you

heed instruction he's talking about life in a more figurative manner and here
