comfortable. Get your notepads. Get your pens. Get everything that you need to be open for this moment of

don't be rude. Find somebody up and down the chat. Greet them. Let them know that you are proud of

them. Matter of fact, let's take it a step further. Let's encourage someone. Let's celebrate someone.

Let them know that they're valuable. Let them know that they are loved. Let them know that they are cared for. Let them know that they are needed. Whatever God places on your heart. ministry that we get to have the opportunity to serve you all all over the globe and we don't take

just love on them just make them feel welcome make them feel at home because we want to make sure that this

is a safe space, a community where we can come in and sharpen one another.

We can come in and be vulnerable, or we can come in and be honest, where we can be transparent

because in these spaces, we want to be intentional about our healing and our growth. And healing

and growth does not happen in secrecy. It doesn't happen in places where we are in our proverbial

cocoon. And one of the things that I've seen about growth and about our ability to step into who God has called us to be,

it requires us to get out of our comfort zone into a safe space where we can build and

cover one another. So we're going to talk about something tonight that I believe is pivotal.

I believe it is something that consistently is operating beneath the surface.

I believe that there are spaces where we can probably track and trace this within our lives.
