Summary
As I look at my exercise journey over the last 20 years, I have found some really big connections to my business progress. I can see how when I am disciplined in areas of my life like exercise, I am more disciplined in my business. There is definitely truth to the saying—how you do anything is how you do everything! I also know that because God has called me to do big, scary things physically like compete in a triathlon, I can now do big, scary things in my business like have my own conference! I hope you are encouraged and excited about the possibilities for your health and business as you listen to this week's episode!
