as future mobility. The premise is simple enough. The world is quickly embracing new technology

when it comes to transportation, in particular cars. The push is being led by the need to

address environmental concerns, so the promotion of electric cars designed to reduce

greenhouse gas emissions and pollution. And that comes, or will come, with a whole suite of

accompanying regulation, taking in energy policy and even municipal regulation that's needed

to develop recharging stations. Alongside that are the challenges of

managing data generating connected cars and even self-driving cars, again with myriad regulatory

challenges on the horizon. Now, I say on the horizon, but in fact, these issues aren't really that

far off. Regulators are already having to play catch-up

given the pace of technological change. So who's going to make sense of all of these changes?
